WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING for the position of REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE.
Position Location: Maryland, Georgia, D.C., Southern California
Reports To: National Sales Manager
Required Competencies and Skills:- Previous sales experience with medical equipment
- Must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Travel experience
- 7-10 years of experience
- Primary focus is to sell CHG products to an account base in a defined territory
- Responsible for assisting distributors and sales partners with sales calls and product demos
- Provide customers with excellent post-sale follow up and in-service training
- Keep the National Sales Manager informed of all account related activity
- Must be present at large product deliveries
- Submit quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Accountable for all record-keeping of sales tasks and project statuses
- Utilize proper sales reporting software
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training programs as required
- Meet and exceed sales objectives outlined by management
- Grow customer account base by actively targeting new customers
- Responsible use of company allowances
- Ongoing management of regional and local distributors
- Attend trade shows and conventions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date expense and travel records
Percent Travel Required: 50-75%
